Watermelon CreamSlush

Jump to Recipe

This might be the easiest recipe I’ve ever posted. In fact, I hesitate to post this because it seems so obvious. BUT. Just in case you haven’t thought of it.. here ya go! For your viewing pleasure- Watermelon CreamSlush.

In High school, the Sonic Drive-thru was the cool place to be. It probably isn’t anymore, but at the time.. I knew that menu like the back of my hand. Including their CreamSlushes. It was, by far, my favorite thing to order and I have so many good memories attached to it. But after not going there for a few years, I went back to find that they had discontinued the item! And if there’s anything that motivates me to re-create a recipe, it’s knowing that I probably won’t be able to taste it again unless I make it!

In fact, I probably like this one better, since it has a hint of Lime and no artificial Watermelon flavoring. So clean out that fridge with your leftover Watermelon and long-lost Vanilla Ice cream, and make this in about 5 minutes!

I made a fun video for this for Instagram- go check it out and follow me @theflouredcountertop, and also on Pinterest, to never miss a recipe!
