Have you ever had Cookie Butter? It’s delicious! But man, it can get pretty expensive. Over the holidays I created this Graham Cracker Cookie Butter, and it was the perfect gift to give to my neighbors, along with some apples for dipping. Have you ever heard of Cookie Butter? It’s definitely a nice treat, but hard to find sometimes and can get very pricey! I created this Graham Cracker Cookie butter, using ingredients you can easily find at any grocery store, and whips up in mere minutes!

Ingredients

  • 18 Graham Crackers (2 Packs)
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients -18 Graham Crackers (2 Packs),1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Milk, 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon,1/4 cup Honey, and 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on medium until smooth, stopping every 30-60 seconds to wipe down the sides, or as needed.
